摘要
当前应用型本科院校开设的食品工程性实训课程偏少,从而影响和制约食品类专业工程型人才的培养。本文主要从食品工程性实训课程的建设内容、实施方式两方面进行探讨,以期有助于应用型本科院校食品类专业工程型人才培养模式的建立。
At present, there are few practical training courses of food engineering in application-oriented universities, which affects and restricts the cultivation of engineering talents in food specialty. This paper discusses the construction content and implementation mode of food engineering practical training course mainly, which could help the establishment of the training mode of engineering talents of food specialty in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
