基于创新能力提升的食品加工开放性实践教学平台研究 被引量:1

摘要 创新能力培养是高校人才培养的重要举措,其贯穿于专业理论学习和实践技能训练活动中,是大学生综合素质提升的重要表现。食品加工开放性实践教学平台是横跨"理工农"实践教学平台的一个重要组成部分,该实践教学平台以学生为主体,并根据食品开发最新研究动态和社会所需,学生自由组队,完成实验设计、实施、数据分析、撰写研究报告、产品包装设计等一系列训练过程,培养学生创新思维和实践能力,激发学生的专业兴趣和科研兴趣。因此,构建基于创新能力提升的食品开放性实践教学平台,就显得尤为重要和必要。 In this paper, the innovation ability training is very important to talents training in colleges and universities. It improves college students" comprehensive quality throughout the professional theoretical study and practical skills training activities. Open food processing experimental platform is very important part of the practice teaching platform across biology, engineering and agricultural science. In the practice teaching platform, teachers should put students as the main body. According to new dynamic research of food development and social needs, students will team up. They will complete the experiment design and implementation, data analysis and research report, as well as the design of the product packaging, etc. It will cultivate student's creative thinking and practical abilities, stimulate students" interest in professional and scientific interest. Therefore, open food baking experimental platform based on improving the innovation abilities of students is particularly important and necessary.
