摘要
根据学院转型发展,培养应用型人才的理念,对食品工程原理课程教学进行思考与探索,针对该课程特点及教学过程中存在的现实问题,从优化课堂教学模式、实践教学环节、改革成绩评定方式进行阐述,为提升教学水平提供教学参考。
According to college transition development,cultivating applied talents concept,on the principle of food engineering courses teaching thinking and exploration,in view of the course characteristic and the reality of the problems existing in the teaching process,From the three aspects of optimizing classroom teaching mode,practice teaching link and reform performance evaluation method,in order to promote teaching level to provide reference for the teaching.
