摘要
"一带一路"倡议为中国与沿线国家新能源合作提供了新机遇。文章通过考察"一带一路"沿线国家能源使用现状与中国新能源发展状况分析了合作的必要性与可行性。基于对影响国际合作因素的分析,提出以政府高层推动、产业链分工协作、资本融通、企业联通的合作模式,探讨了新能源合作的支撑体系及其建设问题,设计出了合作流程与运行机制。
The Belt and Road Initiative provides new opportunities for new energy cooperation between China and countries along the Belt and Road. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of cooperation through the analysis of those countries’ energy consumption and China’s new energy development. Based on the analysis of factors influencing the international cooperation, it put forward a cooperation mode that is pushed forward by senior government officials, coordinated by an industry chain, financed and corporately connected, analyzed the supporting system and construction of new energy cooperation, and designed the cooperation process and mechanism.
