摘要
选取"一带一路"沿线15个国家,从社会经济发展程度、能源规划合理程度和环境友好程度3个维度提取10个指标构建其2014年的能源结构发展水平评价模型,采用基于熵权法的TOPSIS模型,评价各国能源结构的初始水平。研究结果表明:哈萨克斯坦、希腊、意大利的能源结构优化程度理想,其次为土库曼斯坦、中国、巴基斯坦、印度、南非、波兰等。根据评价结构中的维度重要性排序可知社会经济发展水平、能源规划合理度对能源结构水平产生关键影响。
15 countries along the"One Belt And One Road"region were selected to construct an evaluation model of the development level of energy structure in 2014 based on 10 indicators extracted from three dimensions of social and economic development,rational energy planning and environmental friendliness.The TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)model based on entropy weight method is used to evaluate the initial level of energy structure of each country.The results show that Kazakhstan,Greece and Italy have an ideal energy structure,followed by Turkmenistan,China,Pakistan,India,South Africa,Poland,etc.According to the order of dimension importance in the evaluation structure,it can be seen that the level of social and economic development and the rationality of energy planning have a key impact on the level of energy structure.
