摘要
对近些年国际科技合作融入全球创新网络研究文献进行综述,依次从国际科技合作融入全球创新网络的内涵价值、影响因素、基本途径及我国的政策选择等层面逐步展开评述,试图为学术研究者和政策制定者对该领域的研究脉络、研究内容、主要观点和前景展望提供一个比较清晰的认识,最后提出进一步探究国际科技合作融入全球创新网络的内在机理,发掘经济效应和测度国际科技合作融入全球创新网络的多维定位,为国内学者深入研究提供一些有益启发。
This paper reviews the research literature on the review and prospect of international science and technology cooperation integrating the global innovation system in recent years, and tries to pave the way for academic research from the following aspects: the connotation and value of international sci-technology cooperation integrating the global innovation system, the major factors and the ways of international sci-technology cooperation integrating the global innovation system and, the policy choices of international sci-technology cooperation integrating the global innovation system, in order to provide a clear understanding of the research context, research content, main views and prospects in this field. At last,the paper propose to explore the internal mechanism of international sci-technological cooperation integrating into the global innovation network, explore the economic effect of integration of international sci-technological cooperation integrating into the global innovation network, and measure the multi-dimensional positioning of international sci-technological cooperation integrating into the global innovation network,in order to provide some useful inspiration for further research of domestic scholars for researchers and policy makers.
