摘要
重点实验室是国家战略科技力量的重要组成部分,是开展高水平基础研究、应用基础研究、前沿技术研究,实现重大原始创新、支撑关键核心技术突破、凝聚培养优秀创新人才、开展高水平创新合作的科技创新基地。文章重点分析了江苏省重点实验室建设发展的总体情况,介绍了重点实验室取得的成效,提出了重点实验室运行发展中存在的问题和对策建议。
Key laboratory is an important part of the national strategic scientific and technological force, and is an important platform carrier for carrying out high-level basic research, applied basic research and cutting-edge technology research, realizing major original innovation, supporting key core technology breakthroughs, gathering and cultivating outstanding innovative talents, and carrying out high-level innovation cooperation. This paper analyzes the present situation of the key laboratories in Jiangsu, introduces the achievements of the key laboratory, studies the existing problems of key laboratories in Jiangsu and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
