摘要
教师间的合作正在成为学校成功的必要条件。然而,教师专业共同体在理论上尚有许多亟待做出清理的领域,这样的境况导致了教师共同体在实践中的艰难性。走出实践困境,需要明确建构教师专业共同体的实践要素:关注教师合作需求的异质性是形构教师专业共同体的现实条件;处理好教师的教学个性与共性之间的矛盾,形成成员之间的平等关系,是教师专业共同体形构的组织条件;发掘学校发展中的深层矛盾,为教师树立共同的工作愿景,是形构教师专业共同体的情感基础。
The cooperation between teachers is becoming a necessary condition for school success o The teacher professional community looks so fashion,but many theories need to be made clear .This situation has resulted in difficulties in practice of teacher community . In order to get out of the practical difficulties,we need to make the following efforts:Teacher's cooperation demand has so many differences,paying attention to this differences is the actual condition to establish teacher professional community. Paying attention to the contradiction between teaching individuality and commonness is the organizational conditions. Exploring the the deep contradiction of school,establishing a common vision for the teachers is the emotional foundation of teachers" professional community.
