摘要
教师教学学术能力是落实教学过程、提升高校教学质量的关键因素。当前大学翻转课堂创新教学在具体实践过程中出现诸多问题,其根本原因在于大学教师对教学的学术性重视不足,教学研究投入力度不够。本文在厘清"教学学术"内涵的基础上,探讨提升教师教学学术能力发展的有效路径。即通过不断提高教师信息素养、重视学术共同体建设、提高教学反思意识等有效策略重构大学教师教学能力,回归教学学术的本真,有效实现教学发展,最终促进高校教学质量持续改进。
University faculty’s scholarship of teaching is the key to implementation of teaching process during the quality improvement of higher education. Currently,many problems arise during the practice of innovation teaching in universities. And the fundamental causes of these problems lie in faculty’s deficiency in scholarship of teaching. The paper probes into effective ways to enhance faculty’s scholarship of teaching after explaining the connotation of faculty’s scholarship of teaching. Thus teaching development can be effectively promoted. Consequently,the aim of continuous improvement of teaching quality in universities can be realized.
