摘要
我国学校教研组从表面看,是借鉴俄国先例建立的,其实是我国特殊历史条件的产物。它不是单纯的教学研究组织,还是学校基层行政组织。它越来越名不副实,对学校教学与教师发展,既有一定积极作用,也有不可忽视的消极影响。
The teaching-research group in China originates from the special history of China, which on the surface is borrowed from the Russian precedent. It is not only an organization for teaching-research, but also the basic administrative organization. It plays an active role in the development of both teachers and schools. But its negative effect can not be neglected.
