摘要
对辅导员进行绩效考核是提高辅导员队伍整体素质、提升高校教育质量、增强高校核心竞争力的一个重要手段。结合现代人力资源管理的绩效考核理论,以及高校辅导员工作的特点,构建高校辅导员关键绩效指标(KPI)评价评价体系,能为辅导员绩效考核提供依据和参考,并充分发挥绩效评价指标的导向、激励等作用。
Counselors are important component parts of teachers in universities.They are organizers, executants and directors of university students'daily ideological education and management work.It is an important method of improving total quality of counselors.the quality of university education and school corecompetitiveness by performance appraisal.The article uses methods of documentary,investigation and logic analysis.Combining modern human resources management theory of performance appraisal and characteristics of university counselors'work, the author explored a performance appraisal method of university counselors based on KPI. And this can provide basis and reference for counselors'performance appraisal. And it plays the roles of direction and motivation in performance appraisal quotas.
