摘要
在我国高等教育改革和发展的进程中,高校辅导员绩效考核突显出其问题。当社会对高校大学生的综合素质越发关注的背景下,高校辅导员成为大学生综合素质的辅导者和具体实施者。为了切实加强高校辅导员队伍建设,需要建构科学完善的高校辅导员绩效考核评价体系,更好地促进高校辅导员的职业成长和发展,全面提升高等教育人才培养的质量。
In the process of reform and development of higher education in China, the problems of college counselors performance appraisal are highlighted. When the society is more concerned about the comprehensive quality of college students, college counselors become mentors and specific implementers of the comprehensive quality of college students. In order to strengthen college counselors team, we have to construct a scientific and perfect college counselor performance appraisal system to better promote the growth and development of their occupation, to enhance the quality of personnel training in higher education.
