摘要
目前,高校辅导员的绩效考核主要以定性方式为主,考核结果容易受到主观影响。建立一套科学的辅导员绩效考核量化指标体系可以客观、公正的对辅导员的日常工作和本身素质进行考核。通过调查分析和访谈论证以及对问卷结果进行统计分析,建立辅导员队伍考核量化指标体系,得出的考核指标体系表对高校进行辅导员绩效考核时具有实际指导意义。
