摘要
介绍了CAM曲线在西门子SIMOTION D425自动化系统中的应用。为达到伺服电机能运行任意给定曲线的目的,采用CAM曲线方法,即运用Scout软件仿真从轴跟随主轴的响应运动并得到相应仿真曲线,从而可以直观地看出配置曲线和仿真曲线之间的关系。实践证明,CAM曲线功能不但可以实现这一目的,而且使得主轴与从轴的关系更加灵活。
This paper introduces the application of CAM curve on automatic system of SIMOTION D425.For the servo motor to run any given curve,the method of CAM curve is adopted,by which the response movement of slave axis followed master axis is simulated by Scout Software and the corresponding response curve is obtained.Thus the relationship between the configurated curve and simulated one can be clearly seen.It is proved that the CAM curve function can not only achieve this goal with ease,but also can make the relationship between the master axis and slave more flexible.
