卷烟机风室负压调节的改进

摘要 针对传统卷烟机调节风室负压的比例节流阀采购成本过高、能源浪费的问题,提出了采用基于西门子SIMOTION平台的伺服变频驱动改进方案。改进后的设备成本更低,更加节能,且能更好地满足系统要求。 As to the problems of the traditional cigarette making and tipping machine combination which usedproportional throttle valve to adjust the negative pressure of the air chamber such as high cost,energy waste,etc.Thepaper proposed an improvement scheme which use the servo variable frequency drive system based on theSIEMENS SIMOTION platform.The improved equipment is lower cost,more energy saving and can better meet thesystem requirements.
