摘要
追剪控制是加工制造自动化行业中应用十分广泛的一种控制方式。介绍了以SIMOTION D425为控制单元实现追剪控制的原理和方法,代替了传统的PLC与高速计数器控制方式。采用Cam曲线的方法来控制伺服电机的同步运行,通过软件实现追剪轴的准确定位,更加的方便,最终达到追剪运动控制的目的。对追剪运动控制的硬件和软件系统进行了设计,最终通过scout软件中的trace功能可以直观的记录两轴之间的位置变化。
Chase shear control is widely used in the industry of manufacturing automation. The principle and method of chase shear control by SIMOTION D425 as the control unit are described. The traditional control mode of PLC with high speed counter are replaced. Using the method of Cam curve to control the servo motor to realize synchronous operation. The accurate positioning of the chase shearing shaft is realized though the software. It is more convenient to achieve the control objective of chase shear motion. Designing the hardware and software of the chase shear control. Finally, the position changes between two shafts can be visually recorded by the scout software in the trace function.
