摘要
针对交流伺服系统在动、静态性能上的特殊要求,在传统的三环结构基础上,提出了一种基于滑模控制原理的新型控制策略,并用积分补偿的方法有效地削弱了抖振现象。同时介绍了采用比例调节器的电流调节器,采用滑模控制器和积分环节组成的速度积分滑模调节器,以及采用比例系数的位置调节器等各环调节器的设计原则和步骤。仿真结果表明,该控制策略具有十分良好的应用前景。
Aiming at the special requirement for dynamic and static state properties in AC servo system, a new control strategy is presented based on the sliding-module principles. The phenomena of the tremble weakened effectively using the method of integral compensate. Current adjusters based on scale-adjuster, sliding-module adjusters for speed integration that consists of sliding-module controller and integration- link, position adjusters, and their the design rules and steps are introduced. The simulation results show the system is in possession of a perfect foreground of application.
