汽车电动助力转向装置试验台测控系统的研究与开发 被引量:11

摘要 根据EPS试验检测要求与方法,采用伺服电机对EPS进行加载,由传感器和多功能数据采集卡组成的数据采集系统对试验数据进行采集,采用DMA数据采集方法。试验系统将采集到的数据进行分析处理后在计算机上实时显示试验数据和试验曲线。该试验台能够准确地检测出EPS的性能参数。 According to EPS testing requirements and methods, servo-motors were used to drive both ends of EPS, sensors and multi-function data acquisition card were used to collect the data of the tested EPS, DMA data acquisition method was used in the testbed. Testing system can analyse the data which are collected from the EPS, and then display data and curves on the computer screen immediately. The test-bed can accurately test the performance parameters of the tested EPS.
