摘要
电动助力转向系统(EPS)节约能量,提高安全性,且有利于环保,是未来动力转向技术发展的方向之一。为配合EPS的开发,研制了EPS试验台。试验台测控系统运用虚拟仪器技术,把硬件和软件系统有机地结合起来,试验台能进行EPS部件测试和总成性能测试。在实车试验前,能获得基本的性能数据,可以对控制器等部件进行初步优化,有效地缩短EPS的开发周期。
EPS has advantages of energy saving, safe and environmental protection. It will be a direction of power steering system in the future. To work for EPS, an EPS test-bed is built. The EPS test-bed is composed of hardware and software by virtual instrument. It can measure components and test the capability of EPS. We can get some data of the EPS to improve controller on the EPS test-bed before test in vehicle. It is very useful to save time in developing EPS.
