摘要
优秀组织的作用体现在目标一致的情况下融合组织成员的不同意见。建设性冲突是组织保持活力不可或缺的重要条件。针对组织中出现的矛盾和冲突,文章提出利用建设性冲突提高组织绩效。
Successful management may adopt different viewpoints to achieve the same goal. Constructive conflict is necessary and indispensable to keep the organization energetic. To solve the contradictions and conflicts, the paper suggests the application of constructive conflict to improve the organization's performance.
