摘要
人际冲突是组织中一种基本的冲突形式。从人际冲突的含义、特点出发,分析了人际冲突产生的原因,阐述了管理人际冲突应遵循的基本原则,并提出了如何解决破坏性人际冲突、激发建设性人际冲突的方法。
The interpersonal conflict is a basic conflict form. From the connotation and features of interpersonal conflict, this paper analyzes on the causes of interpersonal conflict, expounds the basic principles which should be followed in the management of the interpersonal conflict, and advances some methods for solving the destructive interpersonal conflict and motivating the constructive interpersonal conflict.
