摘要
冲突是企业生存与发展中不可避免的现象。在传统视域中,企业冲突被看作是破坏性的,应当予以避免与消除;但是在现代视域中,恰当与适度的冲突是企业变革与创新发展的催化剂。企业管理者应该树立建设性冲突理念,并采取建设性策略以有效激发企业中的冲突。
It is inevitable that conflict exists in the operation of an enterprise.In the traditional view,enterprise conflict was viewed negatively,and it must be avoided.In out eyes,conflict has important constructive effect on enterprise.Managers should establish a constructive ideas of conflict and take some positive action and strategy to stimulate constructive conflicts in enterprise.
