摘要
文章通过对笔者所在地区高职院校大学英语教师教学评价现状的调查分析和对笔者所在学校大学英语教师教学评价系列改革尝试的阐述,揭示了教师教学评价的问题所在,提出了解决问题应采取的针对性措施,并以评价改革后引发的多项教学建设的成绩为佐证。
The paper reveals the problems in teaching assessment of teachers and proposes corresponding measures to solve them by investigating the status quo of teaching assessment of eoUege English teachers of higher vocational colleges in the area where the author works and stating the continuous reforming practice of teaching assessment of college English teachers in the college where the author works, taking the achievements of teaching construction after the assessment reforms as evidence.
