摘要
高校在市场经济的冲击影响下 ,为适应社会发展的需要都在努力完善自己 ,进行内部的调控 ,教师的评价正是高校完善自己的一个方面。从评价教师的必要性入手 ,探讨了评价教师的原则和功能 ,以及教师的评价与高校科学管理的关系。
Under the influence of market economy, universities and colleges are trying to perfect themselves to satisfy the needs of social development, and teaching evaluation is just one aspect of self improvement. From the necessity of teaching evaluation, this paper discusses the principle and function of it and the relationship between teaching evaluation and scientific management in universities.
