摘要
采用"成就动机问卷"、"MBI量表"和"离职意向量表"测查我国部分高校体育教师的成就动机、职业倦怠和离职意向。结果表明:高校体育教师追求成功动机和避免失败动机的趋向水平均较低,职业倦怠处于一般水平,离职意向不强烈。性别、年龄和教龄可以通过成就动机和职业倦怠对离职意向进行间接预测。追求成功和避免失败与职业倦怠的关系模式不同,追求成功的动机对职业倦怠是负向预测作用,而避免失败的动机对职业倦怠是正向的预测作用。职业倦怠是成就动机与离职意向关系的中介变量,经职业倦怠变量的调节,成就动机对离职意向的直接影响与间接影响相互抵消。
The researcher used questionnaire for attainment and motive,MBI criterion and criterion for intention to quit job to research a part of college PE teachers' attainment and motive,their feeling of tiredness in careers and the intention to quit job in China.The results are as follows.The college PE teachers are negative to be successful and avoid failure.They feel kind of tiredness in careers,but they don't want to quit their job.Their sexes,ages and teaching careers can tell the intention to quit by the results of success motive and the feeling of tiredness in careers.But the relation between seeking success and being tired of careers is different from that between avoiding failure and being tired of careers.The former is negative and the latter positive.The feeling of tiredness in careers is connected to the intention to quit job.Success motive can counteract the effect of the intention to quit.
