摘要
运用教师职业倦怠调查问卷对广东省部分高校体育教师进行调查，结果表明：广东省高校体育教师的职业倦怠普遍存在，常表现出挫折感、疲劳感、容忍度低以及工作中缺乏耐心等现象，且在情绪上缺乏热情与活力，有一种衰竭、无助感。女性体育教师的厌倦心理高于男性，31～40岁阶段厌倦心理较为严重，公共体育课程教师高于体育专业课程教师。
In this paper, we adopted inquiry to investigate vocational fatigue of some universities teachehers in Guangdong province. The results show that the problem of vocational fatigue commonly exists in Universities PE teachers, which often clinically manifestes as frustration, easily being tired or short-tempered, impatient in job, etc., less tolerant, emotionally lacking enthusiasm and vigor, and often in a state of exhaustedness and helplessness. The level of mental fatigue of female teach- ers is higher than that of male;That of PE teachers aged 31-40 is comparatively higher. The level of PE teachers of public PE courses is higher than that of teachers of PE major courses.
