摘要
对河南省普通高校体育教师职业倦怠的现状进行了初步调查,结果发现:目前河南省普通高校体育教师的职业倦怠程度整体上并不严重,情绪衰竭相对突出;职业倦怠随教龄的增加呈两头低中间高的趋势,教龄11-15年是教师倦怠最严重的阶段;职称、学校类型在职业倦怠一个或多个维度上差异具有显著性,性别在职业倦怠及其各个维度上差异不具有显著性。
In order to gain an insight into the overall current situation and development characteristics of occupational burnout of physical education teachers in common institutes of higher learning in Henan province, the author carried out a preliminary survey on the current situation of occupational burnout of the teachers by means of questionnaire survey, and revealed the following findings: Currently the teachers' occupational burnout is not serious generally, but their emotional exhaustion is relativelyserious; their occupational burnout shows an upside-down "U" shape distribution as their age increases, and the teachers having 11-15 years of teaching age have the most serious occupational burnout; job title or school type related occupational burnout is significantly different in one dimension or multiple dimensions, while gender related occupational burnout is not significantly different in all dimensions.
