摘要
体育教师冰上课教学时的心理状态对学生有极强的感染力,直接影响到体育教学的效果。采用问卷调查、文献研究等方法,对体育教师冰上课教学倦怠心理的特征进行研究,结果表明:高校体育教师冰上课的倦怠心理与年龄成正相关,高校对冬季冰上课体育教学的管理方式、要求和执行情况决定着任课教师的教授态度等;体育教师的年龄、滑冰技能和情感倾向教学管理、课程等是影响教师倦怠心理的主客观因素。提出增强体育教师的责任感和自信心,创设一个和谐、公平的冬季冰上课教学奖惩制度等措施以解决体育教师冰上课教学的倦怠心理。
The ice sports teacher's psychology has swingeing infectivity to the students and can influence the teaching effect. With the methods of questionnaire and documentary information, the article analyzes the psychological character of ice sports teacher's weariness. The result shows that their weariness psychology is positive correlation to the age, the management mode, requirement and execution of the ice sports teaching in universities determine the teacher's attitude, the subjective and external factors influencing their weariness psychology relate to their age, skating skill, mood, teaching management and course. For getting away from the weariness psychology, it suggests to enhance the teacher's responsibility and confidence, develop a harmonious and evenhanded system of rewards and punishment for ice sports teaching.
