摘要
翻译不仅涉及语言问题,也涉及文化问题。从文化翻译的角度作为切入点,以尤金.奈达的文化分类理论为基础,通过对《红楼梦》原著及其英译本进行英汉语对比研究,着重探讨了在文学翻译中的原语文化信息传递,以期对文学翻译带来一些启示。
Translation involves language as well as culture. From cultural translation, the paper attempts to analyze the Chinese novel Hong Lou Meng and its English translation based on the Nida＇ s cultural classification theory. Through the analysis, the paper lays the stress on exploring the cultural transmission of source language in the hope of bringing some insights into the cultural translation.
