摘要
目的建立复方百部止咳糖浆中苦杏仁苷的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Phenomenex Prodigy ODS3,流动相为甲醇-水（14∶86）,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长215nm。结果苦杏仁苷在0.100~1.305μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.79%,RSD为1.16%。结论本法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可作为复方百部止咳糖浆的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a method tor determination of amygdaloside in Fufang Baibu Zhike Syrup. Methods RP-HPLC was used with Phenomenex Prodigy ODS3 as analytical column. The mobile phase was methanol-water （14 ： 86）. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1, and the detective wavelength was at 215nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 100·1. 305μg for amygdaloside （r=0. 9999）. The average recovery was 98.79% （RSD=1.16%）. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be applied to quality control of amygdaloside in Fufang Baibu Zhike Syrup.
