摘要
目的建立小儿百部止咳糖浆中苦杏仁苷的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agi-lent Hypersil ODS,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(19∶81),检测波长210nm。结果苦杏仁苷在0.0816～1.020μg呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.63%,RSD=1.15%。结论本方法简便、准确,重现性好。可作为小儿百部止咳糖浆的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a method for determination of amygdaloside in Child Baibu Zhike Syrup. Methods RP-HPLC was used with Agilent Hypersil ODS as analytical column. The mobile phase was methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid solution （19 ： 81）. The detective wavelength was set at 210 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 081 6- 1. 020 μg for amygdaloside （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 98.63% （RSD=1. 15%）. Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible. It can be applied to quality control of amygdaloside in Child Baibu Zhike Syrup.
