摘要
目的 建立用高效液相色谱法测定复方百部止咳冲剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Shim-Pack VPODS；流动为甲醇-水-乙腈（47：53：0．5）；流速1．0mL／min；检测波长278nm；柱温（40．0±2）℃。结果 黄芩苷进样量在0．25～1．25μg范围内有良好的线性关系，回归方程为Y=3．262×10^6X＋1．956×10^5，r=0．9998（n=5），平均回收率为99．42％，RSD=0．7％（n=5）。结论 该检测方法简便准确，可用于复方百部止咳冲剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of Baicalin in Co. Baibu Antitussive Granules by HPLC. Methods The column Diamomul C18 was used, the mobile phase consisted of methamol, water and acetonitrile （47： 53： 0.5）, flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the wavelength was at 278 nm. Results The linear range was within 0.25 to 1.25 μg, the average recovery was 99.42%, and RSD was 0.7% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion This assay method was simple and accurate.
