摘要
幼儿园教师的素质对于推进幼儿教育改革、提高幼儿教育质量的重要性不言而喻，有效的教师培训对于幼儿园教师队伍建设具有决定性作用。实施有效的教师培训，应变革幼儿园教师培训理念，明确培训的导向性；重构培训体系，加强培训的系统性；优化培训方式，突出培训的主体性；改进培训手段，彰显培训的时代性；完善培训管理，提高培训的适应性。
Promotion of the quality of preschool teachers plays a decisive role in accelerating the reform and improving the quality of preschool education. Effective training is very significant and should be implemented first by innovating training concept, and defining the directions of the training. Then a training system should be reconstructed, training methods be optimized to highlight the subjects of the training, training approaches should be improved to keep up with the times, and finally the training management should be perfected to increase adaptability.
