摘要
随着国家对民办教育的高度关切,民办学前教育已经成为我国教育事业发展中的重要一环。广元市民办幼儿园教育蓬勃发展,但同时又面临重重困境。政府扶持力度羸弱,监管不足;区域发展不平衡,资源分配不均;收费高,乱收费现象严重;急功近利,小学化问题突出;教师层次差异大,流动性强。建议:深化教育供给侧改革,实现民办园健康发展;建立结对帮扶模式,优化民办园资源配置;树立科学教育观念,提高民办园教学质量;完善教育监管体系,规范民办园收费制度;关注园长领导素养,稳定民办园教师队伍。
With the high concern of the state to private education,private preschool education has become an important part in the development of education in China.Private preschool education in Guangyuan city flourishes,but at the same time it also faces many obstacles： weak government support and inadequate supervision; imbalance of regional development and uneven distribution of resources; high fees and disorder in colleeting; being anxious to achieve quick success and get instant benefits;highlighted ＂primary＂ problems; big difference in teachers＇ level and strong mobility of teachers. To this end, the development path of private kindergartens in Guangyuan city is to deepen the reform of education supply side and realize the healthy development of the private kindergartens; establish a pairing support mode, optimize the resources distribution of private kindergartens;set up the scientific concept of education,improve the teaching quality of private kindergartens;perfect the education supervision system,standardize the charging system; pay close attention to the leadership quality as well as stabilize teachers.
