摘要
高校思想政治理论课教师的职业倦怠问题不容忽视,它影响着对大学生进行思想政治教育的效果。阐述高校思想政治理论课教师职业倦怠的表现及其危害,深入分析其存在原因,提出缓解职业倦怠的有效措施。
Occupational accidie of teachers explaining course in ideological and political theory at universities is not ignoring, which affects the effect of explanation of the course to undergraduates. In this paper, the representation and harm of occupational accidie of teachers explaining course in ideological and political theory at universities are expatiated roundly and systematically, its cause analysed in depth and effective measures presented can ease occupational accidie.
