摘要
高职院校思政课教师作为高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,职业幸福感偏低。探究其影响因素,与物质待遇不高,社会地位较低,价值感、成就感较弱有很大关系。为了增强高职院校思政课教师的职业幸福感,本文提出了社会要加大对高职院校思政课教师的支持力度,高职院校要建立良好的激励机制、减轻思政课教师的职业倦怠感,思政课教师要积极追求和主动创造职业幸福感等解决对策。
The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the college teachers,and the professional happiness is low. To explore its influence factors,the material treatment is not high,the social status is low,the value sense,the sense of achievement is very weak. In order to strengthen the vocational happiness of the teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward that the society should strengthen the support for the teachers in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should set up a good incentive mechanism,and reduce the sense of job burnout of teachers of Ideological and political education,Ideological and political teachers should actively pursue and take the initiative to create a sense of professional happiness and other solutions.
