“内发”与“外铄”的统一:论教师专业成长的有效途径

摘要 教师专业成长是提高教育质量,夯实教育改革基础的关键。探寻合理有效的教师成长途径是摆在教育研究者面前的重大课题。影响教师专业发展的制约因素可以从"内发"与"外铄"两个范畴进行概论,并且统一于教师教育教学实践之中。因此,教师专业成长的途径可以从树立终身学习理念、积极进行教育教学反思、强化教师成长政策保障、提升教育科研质量四个方面展开。
