高职院校教师职业倦怠研究 被引量：1

摘要 调查320名信阳市某高职院校教师，探讨教师职业倦怠在人口统计学特征上的差异。结果发现高职院校教师普遍存在职业倦怠，年龄为36—40岁高职教师的职业倦怠情况较其他年龄段严重，教龄在21年以上的教师较其他教龄段教师的职业倦怠情况严重；高职院校教师中教授基础课者比教授专业课者更易于产生职业倦怠；职称、学历、担任行政职务与否等因素是影响高职院校教师职业倦怠的重要因素。本次研究中尚未发现性别对职业倦怠有显著影响。
