摘要
介绍了纵弯复合型直线超声电机的结构和工作原理,运用Ansys7.0有限元分析软件建立了该直线超声电机的有限元计算模型,对于纵向、弯曲振动模态的简并进行了分析,归纳了电机结构参数对驱动振子谐振频率的影响以及实现纵向和弯曲两种振动模态简并的一般规律。有限元计算结果与原型样机实验测试结果的比较表明,在自由边界条件下,有限元分析结果与实测结果完全一致。研究结果为利用有限元方法进行纵弯复合型直线超声电机设计提供了依据。
This paper presented the structure and operating principles of the motor and attempts to establish its calculation model with the help of finite element analysis software Ansys 7. Based on the vibration mode analysis, the effect of motor structural parameters on mode frequencies was discussed and the general law of realizing mode degeneracy was summarized. It shows that the length of the nuts and that of middle gaskets has much more effects on the mode frequency. Consequently, the results from finite element analysis calculation and those from prototype experiments show an agreement, which proves the feasibility of using finite element analysis methodology in the design of linear ultrasonic motor using the compound longitudinal and bending vibration modes.
