直线超声波电动机半实物仿真系统平台设计

摘要 介绍了一个基于M atlab/S imu link/xPCTarget的直线超声波电动机半实物仿真平台。该平台采用主副机结构,首先在主计算机上根据控制策略建立相应的S imu link仿真模型,然后用对模型进行编译,生成可执行代码,下载到副计算机上执行,副计算机根据控制策略和位移反馈信号控制电机的运行。通过改变S imu link仿真模型,即可实现不同控制策略对直线超声波电动机的半实物仿真。仿真试验证明方案是可行的。 A hardware - in - the - loop (HIL) simulation platform for linear ultrasonic Motor (LUSM) was introduced in this paper; which was built on the host computer and the target computer. Firstly a simulation model was built according to a kind of control strategy on the host computer, and then the simulation model was translated into executable code which was executed after it was downloaded to the target computer. So the LUSM can be controlled by the control strategy and the signal of displacement feedback. Different control strategy is easily used for controlling the LUSM only changing the simulation model. This simulation test proved that the method is feasible.
