摘要
利用激光干涉仪对空载压电叠堆在正弦电压激励下的振动位移进行了测量,通过它的幅频曲线,初步研究了压电叠堆的振动位移特性及其影响因素。
In this paper, the laser interferometer is used to measure the micro vibration displacement of noload piezoelectric ceramics under sine voltage excitation. Through the amplitud-frequency curve, the vibration displacement and its influence factors of the piezoelectric ceramics are discussed initially.
