摘要 提出一种利用压电叠堆驱动的非共振式直线电机。研究了非共振状态下压电叠堆输出机构的理论模型,提出了电机定子的"三明治刚度"结构。研究了基于压电叠堆的非共振状态下摩擦驱动机理模型,推导了驱动足端部的椭圆运动轨迹。对设计、制造的样机进行了测试,试验表明在较宽的频率范围内,电机运行平稳,且电机速度与激励频率、激励电压近似成线性关系。当电压峰峰值为100 V、频率为1.6 kHz、预压力为45 N时,速度可达2.8 mm/s,输出力为3.5 N。 A new type of linear motor based on non-resonant vibration with piezoelectric stacks has been investigated.The sandwich-type structure of stator has been produced according to the mechanical properties and the operating principles of piezoelectric stacks.The friction drive model under non-resonant vibration condition has been proposed and the elliptical trajectory excited at driving top has been proved theoretically.The prototype was investigated by experiments and it can operate steadily in a wide frequency range.The velocity of the motor is approximately linear to the exciting voltage and frequency.And the no-load speed is 2.8 mm/s,the thrust is 3.5 N on condition that the operation voltage is 100 V,the frequency is 1.6 kHz and the pre-pressure is 45 N.
