摘要
压电叠层传感/致动器是智能主动构件中的重要组成部分,是一个机电耦合的交互系统。给出了压电叠层传感/致动器的设计原理,并对压电叠层传感/致动器的动静态工作特性进行了实验研究与分析,揭示了其输出位移大、稳定性和重复性好、滞后效应小等优良特性,为研制性能优良、稳定的智能主动构件提供了依据。
Piezoelectric stack sensor/actuator (PSSA) is one of the most important elements of the piezoelectric intelligent active member, which is an electromechanical coupling system. The design principle of the PSSA is given firstly, and then the experiment and analysis of the dynamics and static characteristics for the sensor/actuator are carried out. The results of experiments have discovered that it possessed large displacement, better stability and repeatability and little hysteresis, which provide the developing bases for the piezoelectric intelligent active member.
