摘要
本文研究了一种新型的弯曲振动夹心式压电超声换能器,分析了换能器的振动机理,从理论上推出了换能器的频率方程。由于弯曲振动换能器的设计理论比较复杂,而本文推出的弯曲振动换能器频率方程的矩阵表达形式为计算机的利用提供了方便。实验表明,弯曲振动夹心式压电超声换能器共振频率的测试结果与设计值基本符合,
In this paper, the piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer of flexural vibration was studied, the vibrating mechanism and vibration mode were analyzed. The frequency equation expressed in the form of matrix was derived out. Which can be used to design and calculate the transducer. The analysis for flexural vibration of transducers is very complex, so the frequency equation is very useful to compute the frequency and design the transducer by computers. Experiments show that the measured resonant frequencies of the flexural transducer are in good agreement with the calculated results.
