摘要
中医学理论中"肾"的生理功能包括肾藏精,主生长发育和生殖;主水;主纳气;肾主骨生髓,通于脑;肾开窍于耳及二阴,其华在发等。"肾通于脑"理论认为肾与脑之间无论在生理上还是病理上都互为影响。若肾精充足,脑得其滋养才能维持生理功能,表现为思维敏捷,精力充沛,记忆力强等;若肾精不足,脑失所养,则表现为思维迟钝,精神萎靡,记忆力减退等。人到老年,肾精亏虚,可导致脑功能障碍或脑疾病。在治疗方面,肾脑理论对临床有着重要的指导价值,补肾健脑治则是中医临床治疗脑病的优势。作者团队前期研究发现补肾方剂可良好地改善模型动物的记忆障碍且具有神经系统保护作用。但是,迄今为止"肾"与"脑"之间联系的机制尚未明了。文章从中医学肾的基本概念出发,结合相关领域的最新研究进展状况,对肾通于脑理论的现代神经生物学实质进行理论探索。
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the physiological functions of“kidney”include storing vital essence,promoting growth and development,controlling reproduction and urinary functions,absorbing Qi,governing the bone,producing marrow and communicating with brain,opening into the ears and the anus and urethral orifice and also its Qi manifestation is in the hair of the head.The theory of“kidney communicating with the brain”reflects the interaction between the kidney and the brain physiologically and pathologically.If the kidney essence is sufficient,the brain can maintain its physiological function,which is characterized by quick thinking,energetic and strong memory.If the kidney essence is insufficient,the brain loses its nourishment,and then displays the slow thinking,dispirited spirit and forgetfulness.In the elderly,kidney essence deficiency can cause brain dysfunction or brain disease.There is important guiding value of the theory of kidney communicating with the brain in clinic.Furthermore,the treatment principle of tonifying kidney and invigorating brain is the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of encephalopathy.Our previous research has found that kidney-tonifying formula can improve the memory impairment of model animals and has neuroprotective effect.However,the mechanism of the relationship between“kidney”and“brain”is not clear currently.Therefore,based on the basic concept of kidney in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the latest research progress in related fields,the modern neurobiological mechanism of the theory that kidney communicating with brain was explored.
