摘要
缺血性中风严重危害人民的生命健康,发病率、致残率逐年升高。周德生教授认为脑髓源于肾精所化,建立起“肾-髓-脑”三维理论体系,试图围绕“从肾治脑”这一课题,在对脑髓源于肾,肾精不足,髓海空虚认识的基础上,着重以补肾填精,健脑通络为治本之法,佐以活血、化痰、通络、泄毒等治法。并通过对医案的辨证分析,总结周德生教授经验,从而更加有效地辨治缺血性中风。
Ischemic stroke seriously endangers people's life and health,and its incidence and disability rate increase year by year.Professor Zhou Desheng believes that brain marrow originates from the transformation of kidney essence and has established a three-dimensional theoretical system of "kidney-marrow-brain".He tries to focus on the topic of "treating brain from kidney".On the basis of understanding that brain marrow originates from kidney,and that there is insufficient kidney essence and empty sea of marrow,he focuses on the treatments of tonifying kidney,replenishing essence,nourishing brain and dredging collaterals as the fundamental treatment,supplemented by the treatments of activating blood,resolving phlegm,dredging collaterals and draining toxin.Moreover,through syndrome differentiation analysis of medical records,we summarize Professor Zhou Desheng's experience in order to treat ischemic stroke more effectively.
