摘要
采用四血管阻塞全脑缺血模型,分析比较了大鼠5分钟、10分钟、20分钟三种缺血时程相同再灌流期动物的行为学表现及海马锥体细胞形态学变化.结果显示:5分钟脑缺血所造成的海马CAI迟发性神经元死亡(DND)不完全;20分钟脑缺血可导致较高的致抽搐率,因此,认为该模型的脑缺血时间以控制在10分钟左右为宜.本文还详细观察了脑缺血致抽搐发作与DNA的关系,发现抽搐发生与DND的出现在时间上是密切相关的,认为两者是脑缺血再灌流同一病理机制的不同表现.
The behavior and the alterations of hippocampal pyramidal cells in CA1 of rats were analysed and compared after 5min. ,10min. or 20min. cerbral ischemia by 4 vessels occlusion model. The results showed that the delayed neuronal death in CA1 induced by 5 min. cerebral ischemia was not complete. And there was a high ratio of twitch in 20 min. cerebral ischemia rats. So, it is believed that the more suitable cerebral ischemic duration would be about 10 min. Also, the relation between twitch and DND was studied in detail. It was found that they were quite related in time. We believe that twitch and DND are both signs of the pathological mechanism of cerebral ischemia in reperfusion rats.
