摘要
意志薄弱是德性发展上"卡脖子"式的问题。意志薄弱不是一个单一的概念,而是一个"概念串"。可以从判断、意愿、行动、做人等多重维度来理解意志薄弱。意志薄弱现象中薄弱的不是其他,而是善意,从性质上看,意志薄弱就是善意不强。善意不强不等于就是恶意,意志薄弱不是恶,但与恶的距离很近,可以转化为恶。放任意志薄弱,就是放任其走向恶。教育和道德教育可以从培养伦理品味、改变形成习惯、提升道德素养、抓住意志薄弱之后的教育契机等几个方面用力,帮助学生克服意志薄弱。
Weakness of will is a bottleneck problem in moral development. Weak will is not a single concept, but a series of concepts. Weakness can be understood from multiple dimensions such as judgment, willingness, action, and being a person. Weakness in the phenomenon of weak will is not others, but good intentions. From the aspect of nature, weak will is the lack of good intentions.If goodwill is not strong, it is not malicious, weak will is not evil, but it is close to evil and can be transformed into evil. Weakness to be arbitrary is to let it go to evil. Education and moral education can help students overcome the weak will by cultivating ethical taste,changing and forming habits, improving moral literacy, and seizing the educational opportunities after weak will.
