摘要
本文从网络媒体发展、多元文化发展以及当前社会就业形势三个方面对高校思想政治教育工作面临的新形势进行分析,讨论了高校思想政治工作创新遇到的现实瓶颈,并从观念创新、内容创新、方法创新、载体创新和队伍创新五个维度提出了创新高校思想政治教育的具体方法。
The article first analyzes the new situation faced by ideological and political education in colleges from the aspects of the development of online media,multicultural development and the current social employment situation,and then discusses the practical bottlenecks encountered in the innovation of ideological and political work in colleges under the new situation.Finally,from the five dimensions of concept innovation,content innovation,method innovation,carrier innovation and team innovation,this paper puts forward specific methods of ideological and political education in innovative universities in the new situation.
