摘要
意志是一个心理事实,这是讨论意志冲突问题的阿基米德点。意志冲突是个体“意志的内部分裂及斗争”,是“一个灵魂在两种意愿之间摇摆不定”,是“(意志)在是和不之间的犹豫”。意志冲突是意志活动的本质特性,是所有人都可能面临的本源性问题。意志冲突中恶的意志的分裂不亚于善的意志的分裂,但讨论意志冲突时的指向是善。意志冲突引发的可能结果有三:一是通过意志自律引发个体的坚定行动;二是导致意志薄弱引发个体的自相矛盾和“自弃”;三是造成意志无能引发个体的拖延和推卸。教育是培养个体意志自律,化解意志冲突的“解围之神”。通过教育化解意志冲突可以从三方面着手:一是在“教育就是善意的影响”意义上对个体无意识意志的激活,二是在“志不笃者不能力行”意义上对个体立志、笃志的引领,三是在“百炼成钢”意义上对个体意志力的锤炼。
Will is a psychological fact,which is regarded as the Archimedes’point to discuss the conflict of will.Will conflict is an individual’s“internal division and struggle of will”,a“soul swing between two wishes”and a“hesitation between yes and no”.Will conflict are the essential characteristic of will activity and the original issue that everyone may face.In the conflict of will,the division of evil will are no less than that of good will,but the discussion of the conflict of will points to good.There are three possible results caused by will conflict:firstly,it leads to individual firm action through will self-discipline;secondly,it leads to individual contradiction and“selfabandonment”caused by will weak;thirdly,it leads to individual delay and postponement caused by will disability.Education can cultivate self-disciplined individual will and resolve the conflict of will.There are three ways to resolve the conflict of will through education:to activate the individual’s unconscious will in the sense of“education is the influence of goodwill”,to guide the individual’s determination in the sense of“those who are not willing can’t do it”,and the third is to foster the individual’s will in the sense of“being tempered into steel”.
